Oilfield Gathering System

The pipelines and equipment in the oilfield gathering system,including oil extractin, oil transportation, and water injection systems, sufered severe scaling, leading to high cleaning and maintenance costs, and impacting oil extraction and transportation volumes. Some oilfield equipment is located offshore,facing harsh environmental conditions.

After on-site inspection, the installation of the DPSE system resulted in significant improvements across various indicators, meeting the expected goals. The DPSE scaling removal device notably enhanced the operational efficiency of the pipelines, reducing issues such as perforation and pressure drop caused by scaling. This, in turn, alleviated the labor intensity of workers, lowered production costs, and ensured the safty of oilfield operations.
